We believe that every child deserves the very best, evidence-based care in a Pediatric home. Our mission is to not only treat a diagnosis but to offer guidance and preventative care to the children and families entrusted to our care.
Our objective is to provide medical care from providers who will give the highest quality of care to children from birth through young adulthood, treating them as a whole.

Denise S Vaz,CPNP
Meet Denise Vaz. Denise is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner located in Sugar Hill, GA. She is certified by PNCB. Denise has had more than 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the Adult ICU/CCU, Neonatal ICU, and General Peds. Extensive PNP experience includes Peds GI and General Pediatrics. Caring for your children is her greatest joy.
She is a mother of two. Enjoys Reading, Gardening, and Traveling. She moved into lovely Sugar Hill in 2004 and has watched her children grow up in this beautiful community.
Denise is a Sugar Hill Community church member and actively volunteers within the community and neighboring cities.
DR. Borieux, MD
Is a Board Certified Pediatrician working in Collaboration with Denise Vaz, CPNP.
Dr Borieux has many years experience caring for the pediatric population. Dr. Borieux grew up here in Georgia. She is originally from Haiti. She completed her medical studies at the Medical College of Ohio and her pediatric residency
at St. Vincent Mercy Children’s Hospital also in Ohio. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics. She enjoys reading, armchair traveling, and spending time with her family.
